Senator Pileggi's 2011 Kids' Fun Fair

On Saturday October 8, 2011, I hosted my fifth annual Kids' Fun Fair at Sun Valley High School in Aston, Pennsylvania. The event was an enjoyable family experience with a variety of programs, music, entertainment, and educational exhibits.

Representatives from numerous area organizations, along with state and local agencies, were on hand to provide valuable information on programs and services available to families and children. Among the organizations were the Philadelphia Zoo and the SEPTA K-9 Unit, which both provided interesting demonstrations.

I would like to thank the many sponsors of this event, the exhibitors, and also the Penn-Delco School District for hosting the event.

Those who attended had a good time at this year's Kids' Fun Fair, and I appreciate seeing so many of my constituents. I look forward to bringing the event to the 9th District again next year.
