June 16, 2006 - Senator Pileggi participates in the ribbon cutting and dedication of the Chester County Youth Center in West Chester. The mission of the Chester County Youth Center is to provide secure, safe custody and promote the health and well being of youths committed to its care, and to create an environment that fosters social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
