August 15, 2008 - Senator Pileggi presented a citation to Dave and Michael Wesolowski, owners of Sloppy Joe’s Bar in Chester, to mark the 75th anniversary of Sloppy Joe’s.

August 14, 2008 – Senator Pileggi spoke to the Media Rotary Club at
the Townehouse Restaurant in Media. During the speech, Senator
Pileggi discussed various topics of interest including
Pennsylvania’s new Open Records Law, healthcare and alternative

August 7, 2008 - Senator Pileggi and Senator John Rafferty (left) presented a Senate citation to David Ford (center), President of Keystone Helicopters in Sadsbury Township, Chester County. The citation recognized Keystone Helicopter's selection as the National Employer of the Year - Large Federal Contractor by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Employment Awards Committee.

August 7, 2008 – Senator Pileggi took part in a major economic development announcement at the Keystone Helicopter Headquarters in Sadsbury Township, Chester County. Governor Rendell (pictured, seated) was on hand to announced a total of $78 million in economic development projects in Chester, Bucks and Montgomery counties.
