November 19, 2009 - Fourth graders from St. Patrick's Elementary School in Kennett Square, Chester County, visited the State Capitol Building.

November 18, 2009 – Senator Pileggi visited the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School in Midland, Pennsylvania, a public school offering world-class training in music, theater, dance, creative writing, and media arts along with a rigorous academic program. November 16, 2009 - Senator Pileggi joined SEPTA General Manager Joseph Casey and other dignitaries to announce the start of a SEPTA Regional Rail parking expansion in Delaware County. SEPTA, in partnership with the Elwyn Institute, will expand the parking facilities for commuters who use the Elwyn (R3) Regional Rail Station.
