January 19, 2010 – Senator Pileggi, along with (left) Chester Police Chief Floyd Lewis, III and Chester Mayor Wendell N. Butler, Jr., announced that the City of Chester will receive a $50,000 private donation over a two year period to update the Chester Police Manual and print more copies for the city’s police force of more than 100 officers.
