 December 5, 2011 - Senator Pileggi presented a Senatorial Citation honoring Coach Bill Manlove, the former head football coach for Widener University, on the Senate Floor prior to Session. Coach Manlove was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame on July 15, 2011 in South Bend, Indiana.
