Senator Pileggi to Host Senior Expo in Aston on May 27

Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi (R-9) will host his eighth annual Senior Expo on Thursday, May 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Neumann University's Life Center Building, located at 1 Neumann Drive in Aston.

"The Senior Expo lets area seniors get in touch directly with local organizations and government agencies providing useful information and services," said Senator Pileggi. "I'm glad to be able to provide this service, and I look forward to seeing my constituents at this year's event."

The Senior Expo will feature a wide array of exhibitors from state, local, county and federal agencies offering information on programs of interest to seniors. Scheduled exhibitors include AARP, Crozer-Keystone Health Systems, the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate, Riddle Memorial Hospital, Consumer Credit Counseling, and the Delaware County Veterans Affairs Department.

Senator Pileggi said the event will also feature free health screenings, nutrition tips, and information on continuing education programs.

This event is offered free of charge as a community service; parking is also free. Refreshments and door prizes will be available.
